Upon completion of the embroidery, meticulous attention is paid to detail in trimming any excess threads. Additional procedures such as steaming or pressing are applied as needed to elevate the fabric's final appearance. The embroidered fabric then proceeds to a comprehensive quality inspection stage. This thorough examination encompasses verifying design precision, ensuring uniform stitching, maintaining appropriate tension, and upholding stringent quality standards
MACHINE CALIBRATION
Our designers craft a pattern template (EMB) based on customer samples. This involves inputting the pattern (DST) into the embroidery machine and configuring various embroidery parameters. The fabric is positioned accurately, and the machine is set to begin embroidery at 850 rpm. Throughout the process, we ensure precision, making adjustments when needed to maintain quality and efficiency.The machine debugging process generally takes 2 hours
EMBROIDERY PROCESS
The embroidery process commences as the precision-driven embroidery machine faithfully executes the digital design's instructions, deftly maneuvering the frame to meticulously stitch the pattern. Automatic pauses allow for seamless thread color changes, ensuring the design's vibrant and accurate rendition. Operators maintain a watchful eye, promptly addressing any anomalies like skipped stitches or misalignment to ensure flawless embroidery
MATERIAL SELECTION
Our production process starts with meticulous selection, prioritizing high-quality yarns and premium-grade polyester threads. These threads offer a high gloss lines, and a comfortable feel. They stand out for their exceptional elegance and suitability among polyester yarns. We use brocade mesh, ensuring softness, resilience against snags, and preventing thread pull-outs. PACKING
